Professional Practice
Do you want to verify the skills and expertise of potential employees before they start working? A unique opportunity is to allow foreign healthcare workers to complete professional practice at your facility.
Performing professional practice in the Czech Republic without recognition of professional competence serves to help candidates gain practical experience and orientation in the Czech environment. The Ministry of Health authorizes this based on an invitation from the healthcare facility, and the practice is conducted under professional supervision.
For healthcare facilities, this means:
– the opportunity to test cooperation with a candidate before potential employment,
– involvement of a motivated foreign worker in the team,

Employment of Foreign Healthcare Workers

Candidates from third countries usually need to obtain an employee card or a blue card, which under standard procedures takes several months. For regulated professions, a licensing exam is also required, including a practical part conducted at an accredited facility.
