The Career Centre has successfully launched a new phase of its activities. With the support of the World Health Organization, the International Organization for Migration, and the European Union, we organized our first international networking event on 27 November 2024.
This event provided a unique opportunity for Czech and foreign healthcare professionals to share their experiences and perspectives. Discussions focused on cultural differences in healthcare, burnout prevention, and achieving a work-life balance.
In 2025, we are planning a series of activities aimed at supporting the education and integration of foreign healthcare workers. We are preparing informational and educational materials, online workshops, and seminars for both foreign professionals and HR specialists.
We believe that the effective employment of healthcare professionals from various countries will enrich the Czech healthcare system and bring new perspectives.
